Method Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add jeera seeds, when it splutters, add the ground paste, chilli powder, salt needed, kitchen king masala and let it cook for some time until the raw smell goes. Then add the cubed potatoes, needed water and cook on low flames for a further 3–4 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with moong dal khichdi.
