Once tomatoes soften, add boiled vatana, tamarind water, jaggery, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Mkix it well and drained water as needed to make it to a saucy consistency. To Assemble: Keep all the ingredients ready before frying patties. Ragda should be hot while serving. Place 2 patties on a plate/bowl. Top it up with generous amount of ragda. Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle both the chutneys and chaat masala. Cover with sev and serve immediately.
